Is There Any Extra/Hidden Charges?
To answer that shortly yes and no. Yes there's extra charges for extra days or going over the weight allowance of 1.5 Tons, no there's no hidden charges as we aim to be as transparent as possible!
How Do I Know If I Went Over The Weight Allowance?
As we enter the transfer station we get scaled in, after we dump the trash we get charged and scaled out. The difference in weight is how much the trash weighs. We than send a picture of a receipt provided with that weight if it is over the 1.5 Tons.
Do I have to sign and provide any legal documents?
Yes, once you book through the website we use the provided details to draft a contract and send it to a provided email. After that we do ask for some form of identification to verify the details provided.
